To Make a Reservation
Step 1:Contact us by phone 720-304-9728 or e-mail with activity and possible dates in mind. |
Step 2:After activity we prefer check, money order, cash on the day of the event. We also accept major credit cards.- Download our Waiver and Release Agreement |
Step 3:We reserve the date of you’re activity once the payment has been received. We will then contact you and discuss the logistics of the event. |
Longs Peak and RMNP hiking is cancelled for 2011 due to high snow levels!!
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before scheduled activity: the deposit
will be held for one calendar year from the first day of the activity
to be used toward any Long's Peak Mountain Guides product or service.
After one calendar year the deposit is forfeit.
For cancellations made less that 14 days before the scheduled activity the deposit is non-refundable.
Inclement Weather
If the weather is unreasonable from the beginning of the day, at our discretion,
we will reschedule for another day. If it is unfeasible to reschedule
we will refund the deposit.
Colorado is known for our afternoon showers. Our goal is to maximize your day to get a full day of climbing, hiking or rappelling in just incase that happens. We can start whenever you want but recommend not much later 8 or 9 am.
Keyhole Policy: If we call the day on account of weather the night before, a refund of the deposit will be given. If the guide has to call the day at the trailhead we will retain the deposit because of the unique nature of hiking Longs Peak (our guides get up at 2am for the hike). Half the deposit can be applied to another event guided by Long's Peak Mountain Guides.
